This is the first class of the course Wood River Victory Garden. The classes are offered in partnership with the Grange, the Hunger Coalition, the Hailey Public Library and the UI Extension. The full program includes classes, online YouTube videos, onsite workshops, and online documents.

Planning your garden:

Location, micro-climates, beds, containers, sun expose, preparing your soil, water source, what to grow & how much.

This introductory level class is free and open to all. Please register by contacting Sarah Busdon, UI Extension at (208) 788-5585, by email [email protected], or in person at 302 1st Avenue South in Hailey, Monday to Thursday. Upon registration, participants will be given access to the online video channel. You will also receive our full schedule and links to other suggested resources via email.
