Earth Day Seed Exchange and Plant Sale: Veggies, flowers, and herbs.
Sponsored by the Wood River Seed Library and the Upper Big Wood River Grange in support of regional producers and local non-profits (Hunger Coalition and WRHS WATER Club). Seed Librarians will share their locally saved seeds. Bring your own seeds and perennial plants to share. WATER Club students will sell plant starts as a fundraisers. Master Gardeners will be there to answer your gardening questions. Gardeners are invited to bring and share their seeds and plant starts. Producers are invited to sell their seeds and starts. The public is invited to come and get seeds and plants, and leave a donation for the Hunger Coalition.

at the Grange Hall 609 S. 3rd Avenue, Hailey
Old Time Square Dance on Saturday April 29, 7 to 9 pm, with live band and caller Hokum Hi-Flyers from Boise, at the Grange Hall, the best dance floor in the Valley, 609 South 3rd Avenue in Hailey.
Pay at the door: $12 for adults, $6 for teenagers. Free for accompanied kids 12 and under. Attendance is limited to 70 people. Please wear clean shoes that will not mark the floor.
Our dancing event is a family-friendly activity for all ages. Singles and beginners are welcome. All the steps will be taught, and no partner is necessary. First and foremost, the event is about people and community. It is about meeting new friends, socializing, dancing and having an enjoyable experience together!
The evening will begin at 5:30 pm with an optional potluck dinner. Gluten-free or other food sensitive participants are welcome and should label their dish accordingly. Bring wholesome food to share, as well as your plate, fork and water bottle. Dancing will begin at 7:00 and end at 9:00 pm.
The event is organized by members of the Upper Big Wood River Grange.
The Upper Big Wood River Grange will have a float in the Hailey Parade, July 4th, 2017, celebrating the 150th anniversary of the National Grange. The Parade starts at 12:00 noon on Main Street North, at Myrtle Street and runs up to Main Street South, at Cedar. The Grange float won second prize of the 2016 Parade.
