Rental Rates

2 hours (Minimum Rental Time) – $75
Each Additional Hour – $25
Day Rental (Up to 8 hours) – $200
Security Deposit – $150
There will be a $20 per hour, or any portion thereof, non-refundable service fee for access prior to the agreed time (for set-up/decorating).

8 Hours (Minimum Rental Time) – $300
Each Additional Hour – $30
Security Deposit – $150

Alcohol is allowed on the premises, but there are restrictions. Please contact our Caretaker, Galen Momb @ 541-747-9297 for any kind of questions regarding specific rules of the property and availability.

If the hall is available, renter may arrange setup/decorating time up to a maximum of 3 hours on the day before the rental.

A Certificate of Insurance is required. This can be obtained from your insurance agent. Insurance, and the signed rental contract must be received by the Walterville Grange at least 72 hours before the rental date(s).

An Events Calendar is posted on the website to assist you with your planning, but please be sure and contact Galen Momb at 541-747-9297 to confirm hall availability.
