On April 6, 14 members gathered to clean up a stretch of Clayton-Delaney Road.  We spent 3 hours and collected 38 bags of trash, 1 tire, 1 metal sign,and 1 plastic tub.  Enjoy the pictures of our efforts. 

Participants:  Monica Holmes – headed the effort!, Danny Holmes, Ally Holmes, Paul Buckley, Paula Buckley, Becky Correll, Jim Correll, Corinne Burgholzer, Joshua Hartnett, Clifford Hartnett, Melissa Caldwell, Debbie Edwards – photographer and drove the pickup to transport bags.

Introducing the new web team:  Smyrna Grange #21 members Debbie Edwards (photographer, admin) and Steve Edwards (wizard at web stuff!  He wrote a program to convert pictures to a size that can be uploaded.)

  • May 19 -11am Smyrna invited to Rural Farm Sunday at Immanuel Methodist Church in Townsend, Delaware.
  • June 8 – 10am Smyrna will participate in State Lecturer trip to Messick Ag Museum in Harrington, Delaware
  • June 14 – 7:30pm Monthly meeting at CorDel Farms
  • July 12 – 7:30pm Monthly meeting at CorDel Farms
  • July 18 – July 27 – Smyrna will assist at the Grange Booth at the Delaware State Fair in Harrington, Delaware. Bring cakes!
