Fairview Grange Concessions officially started in Fall of 2018 with the purchase of our very first Concession Trailer. After Paying the Trailer off after many months, we finally took possession of the trailer and brought it home.  We made the needed repairs to the trailer, a new paint job, repairing the roof, and a two year battle with Covid, we officially started our Concession trailer grand opening in 2022 at the Goshen Airshow.  We quickly got ourselves into other festivals and events well into the Fall.

   Our Trailer’s very unique layout of our trailer allows us to offer a wide variety of Menu.  Our specialty is Elephant Ears and Elephant Droppings (Donut Holes) using our homemade dough recipe.  We then also are able to offer our Grill Menu items like Hillbilly Hotdogs, Brats, Burgers, Sloppy Joes, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.   We hope to get our fryer fixed soon so we can add Fried and tater tots to the menu. There are many other options that we could do inside the trailer in the future. 

    We use our trailer to raise funds for our many community service projects.  We also use the funds to support our Youth and Junior programs. We also use the trailer to help raise funds for other groups by donating a portion of the profits to their organization.  This past year, we helped raise money for the Jimtown Library and the Concord Booster Club.  We set the trailer up at their home football games and sold items and split the profits with the groups that we were supporting.  We’ve taken the trailer to weekend festivals, 1 day festivals, churches, high school football games, the Goshen Air Show, and hopefully many more venues.
