Last year,  2019, we held several events to raise money to help with the tornado victims in our county.   A project that was well received and very much appreciated.  This year, 2020, we decided to start a fund to replace the Historical Sign that had been stolen, damaged and later found in the local river.  This sign was not the responsibility of the Grange but had been placed on property that is not owned by the Grange close to 60 years ago.  Due to the Covid 19 our fund amounts have been growing slowly, but hopefully between now and next summer we can raise the $3,000+  to replace it.   This year we have also fulfilled a few projects that have helped those that needed extra help because of the pandemic and then an area north of us was hit with floods due to dam failures.  We gathered a car load of non-perishable foods, cleaning supplies, paper products, blankets, towels and washcloths to donated to those many, many victims.  It’s definitely been a strange year but we are continuing to do what we can to help our communities.
