A Chicken Soup Supper was held prior to the meeting. The program for the evening was a talk on Handbells by Brother Corey Spence.
The meeting scheduled for Monday, February 17th has been cancelled. The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, March 16th. The program for the evening will be by Brother Brian Carr.

The Annual Cookout was held on Monday, August 21st at the Hastings House. A brown bag auction was held for the benefit of the Grange.
The annual Installation of Officers was conducted on Monday, September 18th by past Worthy State Master Matthew Johnson and his suite.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, November 20th at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will feature a Covered Dish Supper at 6:00, followed by the annual Turkey Shoot and Business Meeting.

The presiding Master for the evening was Brother Russell Carr. The Grange welcomed two new members. The election of officers for 2017-2018 was held.
Beverly Grange will not hold a planning meeting in July.
The Annual Cookout will be held on Monday, August 21st at 6:00 P.M. at the Hastings House. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be supplied; members and guests are encouraged to bring accessories (salads, side dishes, drinks, desserts). A brown bag auction will be held for the benefit of the Grange.
The Installation of Officers will be Monday, September 18th at 7:00 P.M., by Past State Master Matthew Johnson.

The meeting was preceded by a delicious ham supper. A memorial service was held in loving memory of Brother Lloyd Caswell and all deceased members of the Grange.
