Grange in Action Recognition

National Grange President Betsy Huber (center) presents ‘A Grange Action’ certificate to MA State Grange President Glenn Gibson and Holden Grange members Janet Segur, Donald Segur, and Warren Jordan

At the annual National Grange Convention in November, 2019 and via a Zoom presentation in 2020, Holden Grange earned the recognition as ‘A Grange in Action’.  This title is given to local Grange chapters who excel in community service.

 

 

 

 

Honoring Veterans

Certificates of appreciation were presented to several veterans in attendance at the Grange’s ‘Salute to Veterans’ Night in November.  Four of the veterans were also presented Quilts of Valor.  The quilts made by members Cindy Mason and Marcia Sherbourne were presented to Gordon White (Army), Charlie Albrecht (Navy),  Karen Greenwood (Navy) and Al Sculthorpe (Navy).
