When not being used for official Grange activities, the hall is available for rent. The cost is $175 per day or $200 per day if you plan to use the stove and refrigerator, There is also a deposit of $200. The deposit is refundable if the premises is left in pre-use condition with all trash hauled away.

The hall includes a large dance floor with a stage, chairs, tables as well as, a fully equipped kitchen suitable to prepare meals for most any size reunion, gathering or conference. Historically, the hall is a traditional spot for graduation get-togethers, marriage receptions, memorials, family reunions, and what have you.

The Grange Hall resides in a pastoral setting along Mill Creek and situated next to historic Buell Park. This park is certainly one of Polk County’s best kept secrets. Enjoy the use of the Grange Hall’s full kitchen, dance floor and stage. It has sufficient area to accommodate the most ambitious family reunion.
