Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the United States About 600,0000 Americans die of this malady, a year. Due to COVID & its complications , it is very important that people with heart & poor cardiovascular problems understand the importance of maintaining their weight, exercising, and eating right.
Symptoms for women, which are different from men, include:

- Painful spasms in the neck, jaw or throat

- Nausea, vomiting or Fatigue
