The Little Deschutes Grange organization awards scholarships annually, to selected seniors that apply, from the La Pine, Gilchrist and Christmas Valley.
Scholarship money is raised each year at the following events. The Kids Booth at Frontier Days (early Summer), The Make-An-Offer Yard Sale (1st weekend in September) and the Make-An-Offer Holiday/Xmas Sale (1st weekend in November).
Applications for these scholarships are provided at school offices and awarded to students that are primarily Agricultural or Community Service focused.
