Social Potluck: March 19th: 6pm

Following the potluck dinner, we will hear about the work of the Olympic Angels, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping foster kids and families!

From their mission statement:

A few minutes can change a life forever. It has the power to change yours, too.

The ripple effects of spending time in foster care can look like  academic instability, homelessness, incarceration, and mental health challenges. The ripple effects of investing just a few minutes in the powerful potential of this community can result in cycles broken. It can bring hope for the future. Watch this 8-minute documentary short to learn about our community-based programs and how they’re transforming foster care.

Join us to hear about their work in Clallam County!

Little Free Food Pantry is Operational

Crescent Grange has installed a Little Free Food Pantry in the Grange parking lot just south of the readerboard to help address food insecurity in the Joyce area. Non-perishable food items are available for people to adopt.  Please take what you need and leave what you can for others. Please do not donate items that are past their expiration date, as these must be discarded.

Update: If the pantry is full and you have items you wish to donate, look for a box on the porch of the Grange Hall designated for donated food items. Thank you!
