Gerald Young Given Good Citizenship Award
Albright Grange honored Gerald Young with a Good Citizenship Award and a gift certificate to Pooles Drive Inn. Geralds long time friend, Paul Albro, presented the award. Gerald has been a Grange member for 70 years and a great supporter of the Grange. His lastest contributions have been providing squash for the chicken and bisquit supper and paving the Grange and Methodist Church parking lot. Geralds children, Debbie, Doug, and Stuart, along with thier spouses attended. Geralds daughter, Linda, could not attend. A great time! Thank You Gerald.

ALBRIGHT 440 CLEAN UP DAY, MEETING, OPEN HOUSE
ALBRIGHT GRANGE #440 UPDATE:
After a long hot, dry summer it is time to start Grange activities. 1. On August 17th at 1pm members will meet in the Grange for a “clean up the Grange” effort. Members please attend. 2. Next meeting is Sept 6 at 6pm. A dish to pass dinner followed by a ritual meeting upstairs. All officers please try to attend. 3, Sept 14 there will be an open house from 6-8 pm. We would like to present what the Grange has to offer to the public and encourage joining as a member.More information to follow!

Sympathy to the family of Helen Van Denburg. Helen was an active, 70 year member of the Albright Grange and will be missed.
MEETING AND PITCH PARTY SAT MAR 5th
Meeting Saturday, Mar 5th, noon, at the grange hall in East Homer. Meeting will begin with a dish to pass lunch. There will be a pitch party at 7pm with refreshments to follow. Donations will be appreciated. Please come and have a good time. Thinking of joining? Attend lunch as guest!
