Grange Hall Rental

The 100 year old Grange hall is located in pastoral setting surrounded by open hay fields. The capacity of the hall is 75 people. There is limited outdoor space, all events must take place inside of Grange Hall. Pastoral land is not owned by the Grange, please limit your outdoor activities to the parking lot only.

Rental Policies

  1. Building can only be rented from May through October. Water is shut off in the cold weather months, typically November through April.
  2. Rental fee is $150 for the 1st floor only, includes a dining room and full kitchen.
    • Payable two weeks in advance of event.
  3. Security deposit is $150.
    • Security deposit is non-refundable if any damages are caused or the event is canceled with less than one week notice.
  4. Alcohol is NOT permitted in or on the grounds, unless
    • alcohol is provided by a caterer with appropriate licenses and insurance OR
    • renter provides rental waiver from their home/apartment insurance policy naming the White Rock Grange #380 as additional insured with a copy of license and/or insurance must be provided to White Rock Grange before rental event.
  5. Rental rider on your homeowner’s insurance is required. Please provided at the time of rental payment.
  6. All functions end at midnight.
  7. No Smoking on Grange property.
  8. Leave the building as clean as you found it. Carry out trash and reset the tables and chairs. A cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit to return building to before rental condition.
  9. Remove decorations before leaving and take them with you.
  10. Do not drink the water.The water is NOT hazardous, but due to minimal use the water has a rust color. See water test results on the bulletin board in the dining room.
  11. Please throw only bird or grass seed outside the building at events.
