TERRAPIN NECK GRANGE #932

Hello Everyone- It is Spring!!!
The First Event of the year “brunswick stew sale”, was very successful. Because of a generous donation toward the stew expenses, we made approximately $1,500.00. Charlie will give an exact account. Thanks to all of you who helped with the preparation on the day before, for future 2 day events, we will look at schedules and see if more people can be available on the 2nd day, it’s a 12 to 14 hour day and more participation would make it much easier and would be appreciated.
April will be a busy Month, on the 19th, we have road cleanup at 9:00a.m. and the visit from the Easter Bunny along with the Easter Egg Hunt starting at 9:00a.m. Anyone with filled Easter Eggs, bring them to the meeting on Tuesday. If anyone would like to fill some Eggs, we have some empty eggs left at the Grange, and if you need to have someone unlock the door, please call Bobbie at 561-6441 or 387-7467 to get eggs to be filled. Also, Sheriff Walker will be providing Children’s I.D. before and during the Easter Egg Hunt in the Grange. Please pass the word to community families with children about the Children’s I.D. service provided.
On the 26th, we have the Amelia Relay for Life Event, volunteers are needed, please let Bobbie know when you can help, we will have booth for games and raffles.
Please keep in mind, our Auction on May 17th at 10:00am and bring items for sale to the Grange building so Sal and Ashley can get some pictures in the ad for their website.
