Built in 1900, the hipped roof, clapboard sided hall includes several subsequent additions that maintain consistency of materials and workmanship. The building has enjoyed a long history of service as a community center in the rural portion of eastern Boulder County.

It is now know as the Pleasant View Grange #164 and hosts community events and bible study classes.

Located at the corner of Isabelle Rd and 95th st, the Grange is under going a revival in membership and spirit.  Several local families are working to provide a local center to provide support and encouragement to this rural community
