Upper Schuylkill Valley Park Ranger to Visit GrangeBald Eagle

On Tuesday, March 19, join us at our 7:30 meeting to learn about Upper Schuykill Valley Park and see what the park has to offer members of the community. They will be talking about the new wolves and white tail deer at the facility plus the many other species of wildlife and raptors on display at the park.

At the April meeting, Michael Martin will speak to Grange  members about how we can all be enriched by our Grange experiences and membership recruitment. Other area Granges will be represented at this event. Bring a covered dish dinner to share.

Red Cross Blood Drive on Sunday, April 21, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

We are now accepting donors for a Red Cross Blood Drive at Grange Hall in Trappe, PA. Those wishing to donate blood for a good cause should pre-register for this event in order to be accomodated. Refreshments will be served, compliments of Keystone Grange.


Perkiomen Valley High School Students MLK Day of Service

Grateful Grange members are thrilled with the helpful service of the PV High School students and teachers who cleaned and painted the historic Grange Hall kitchen. PVHS students worked at various locations in the community for their Martin Luther King Day of Service on Jan. 21.  Trappe Mayor, Connie Peck, helped bring the students and teachers to the Grange and organized the work.  Keystone Grange No. 2 presented certificates of appreciation to the students at the February meeting.


Grange Raises Money for Sandy Hook Angels Fund

At the December gathering, Keystone Grange No. 2 members opened their hearts and pocketbooks to support the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy by collection donations for the Sandy Hook Angels Fund. The Connecticut State Grange has established the Sandy Hook Angels Fund through its foundation to help the families of the victims and students during the most troubling time in their lives. Keystone Grange No. 2 gratefully supports their benevolent efforts in these trying times.
