The Grange Hall is available to be Rented.

Base rate is $200 per day, plus a $200 damage / cleaning Deposit.

The Hall is 2 stories: Both wheelchair accessible and an ADA compliant restroom.

The Basement has a Galley Kitchen (Health Dept Approved), great for serving a Buffet line style meal.  It has 6 built in table with seating for 96+ people.  A 10 burner gas stove w/ 2 large gas ovens, and 5 rack warming oven.

The Upstairs is an open floor plan, with a 31 ft by 64 ft Hardwood floor lined with built in benches.  The main part of the building has 14 ft high ceiling.  Plus it has a 42″ high, 18 ft wide by 16 ft deep Stage, and 8′ wide screen.  Folding tables and chairs are available.  Fire marshal capacity 325 people.

Sorry no A/C, but does have windows on both side for a nice cross ventilation.

We do have a NO ALCOHOL Policy for the Grange Property.

No Smoking is Permitted within 25 ft of Building.
