Hello my name is Cecelia Wilson and would like to if you rent out your building for social events, such as dances, parties and celebrations. If you do, I would like to know if you could give me some information on how to go about renting your building for a dance on 12/3/2016, 6pm- 9pm. There will be no alcohol during this event, the ages are adults 21-over, with intellectual disabilities.

Thank you for contacting us about your rental needs. We do rent our building for events but December 3 is already rented. We only have four available weekend dates in Dec. 17, 24, 25 and 31. If you have a request for a different date, we would be happy to help you.

A friend and I had planned to come play Bingo on Friday October 28th. It’s not listed as one of the many upcoming events, so i just wanted to reach out to see if it will be held that evening?
Ryan, We do not list all of our Friday Night Bingos because it would be to many dates to list. We have Friday Night Bingos every Friday night except for Nov. 25, Dec. 23 and as always if it is cancelled due to weather (if Chesterfield County Schools are closed, we are closed). We also have a special Vendor Bingo on Dec. 10th, this is where you can play Bingo to win prizes from vendors that participate, and get your Christmas shopping done in one place. Can an organization serve alcohol at the hall and how late into the evening can a function go?
John, our organization hall is a dry hall. No alcohol is allowed in the building or on the property! As for how late a function can go I would have to get that information from our Rental Officer. I will have her get in touch with you directly through the email you provided, she may not be able to get back to you very quickly due to all of our activities we have going on from now till the end of the year. So please be patient. Thanks!
Rentals are for the entire day. You may go in as early and you like and stay as late as you need. We are a non-alcohol and non-smoking building.
