District 1 - Wayne Cabler, Secretary
Wayne Cabler was elected to serve on the Foundation board in 2006 and will be eligible for re-election in 2011.
Wayne is an active member of Central Point Grange in Jackson County.
District 1 covers Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine counties and West Coast District.

District 2 - Joe Canaday, President
Joe Canaday was elected to serve on the Foundation board due to a vacancy in 2000 and will be ineligible for re-election in 2008. Joe is the State Grange Treasurer and member of Crow Grange.
He is a retired Building Contractor and was involved in the wood products industry. He still manages a 200 acre timber stand with his family.
District 2 covers Benton, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, and Polk counties.

District 3 - Teresa Hoag
Teresa Hoag was elected to serve on the Foundation board in 2006 and will be eligible for reelection in 2009.
Teresa is an active member of Warren Grange in Columbia County.
District 3 covers Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, Washington, and Yamhill Counties.

District 4 - Ed Luttrell
Ed was elected to serve on the foundation board due to a vacancy in 2000 and will be ineligible for re-election in 2008.
He is an active member of Boring-Damascus Grange.
Ed works for the National Grange as the Leadership/Membership Development Director.
District 4 covers Clackamas, Gillian, Hood River, Morrow, Multnomah, Sherman, Wasco, and Wheeler counties.

Myrna Colvin was elected to serve on the Foundation board in 2005 and will be eligible for re-election in 2010.

Derrell Witty was elected to serve on the Foundation board due to a vacancy in 2006 and will be ineligible for re-election in 2012.
Derrell is an active member of Hurricane Creek Grange in Wallowa County.
District 6 covers Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Umatilla, Union, and Wallawa counties.

State Master - Phyllis Wilson
The State Master, by virtue of his or her position serves as a Trustee of the Foundation. Phyllis was installed as State Grange Master in July of 2006 and will be up for re-election in 2008. Phyllis can be reached at the:

Donations can be made to the Foundation by individuals or corporations. Your donation can take many different forms. Below are some examples, but you are not limited by these listed types of donations.

How To Donate

Send a check to the Secretary or Treasurers address (see above). Contact a Trustee or Officer and explain what you wish to donate and if there is a specific fund you wish to have the donation directed to. The Trustee will aid you to accomplish your goals. We urge you to consult with your attorney for legal advice before making donations to any charitable organization.

Why Should You Donate

1. Benefits You. As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, your donation is deductable from your income tax. Check with your tax advisor or attorney to find how you can best benefit from your gift.

2. Pomotes Grange Ideals. The Oregon State Grange Foundation promotes the ideals and principles of the Grange. These values built America and your donation ensures that these values will continue to be an important part of Oregon and America.

3.Lasting Legacy. The knowledge that your money, property, or possessions will continue working on your behalf far into the future for a cause you believe in.

4. Personal Satisfaction. You will know that you have helped others with your donation.
